+ Home is not handicap accessible. Kitchen/Sleeping Arrangements require 2-3 sets of stairs.
+ Pet Friendly/(1) Pets Allowed w/prior approval from management company & paid pet fees
+ Events & Parties are Strictly Prohibited.
+ No Moving of Furniture
+ You are in bear country. Please do not leave any food outdoors or in your car.
+ Photo ID required for all reservations. Minimum age to rent property is 25.
+ Our team sets out linens appropriate to the number of people on your reservation so please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the number in your party. We charge a $25/night fee for additional guests as long as you don't go over the home capacity listed. Any additional guests over the listed capacity MUST get approval from management company & additional fees are paid.
+ Home is NOT 420 Friendly/No Drugs/No Smoking - On Premises or Property
+ All Wheel & 4x4 Vehicles beneficial during winter months between (Oct-April). Roads are maintained & property plowed.
+ Property does have AC/Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Alarms
