THINGS TO DO: This property is located minutes away from Horsetooth Reservoir where you can boat, swim and water ski. Lory State Park is also only minutes away where you can find gorgeous views from any of the many hiking trails inside the park. The Poudre River runs just next to this property and offers tubing and white water rafting in the warmer months of the year. These are only a few of the things to do while enjoying your stay with us!!

NOTE: There are many horses owned by neighbors that can be spooked easily. Enjoy the view but please do not stop to pet or feed the horses.
