Relax with the whole family at this peaceful fully furnished farmhouse from 1890 in SW Portland, Oregon. Located on a private fully fenced-in lush half acre. Fruit trees and berry bushes. Located in quiet Ashcreek. 3 minute drive to Multnomah Village with a lot of options for boutique shops and great restaurants. 15 minutes to Nike headquarters in Beaverton, 15 minutes to downtown, the zoo, or across the river to N & SE Portland. 25-30 minutes from the airport. Off street parking (with gated driveway). Lawn maintenance is included / will be taken care of.

Enter in from the back of the house to an open dining room / large kitchen that gets incredible morning light. Custom wooden storm door features custom dog door for furry friend access. Large living room off the kitchen with access to the front porch through a custom wooden screen door for beautiful late afternoon light. Full bath with claw foot tub and bidet on first floor. Bedroom with queen bed on first floor (can be used as bedroom or at home office - we currently use it as an office / spare bedroom). Second floor features large master bedroom with king bed and full bath that includes stand up shower, his/her sinks, bidet and skylight. Also on upper level is a second large bedroom that features 2x twin beds, perfect for kids to share. There is also a small coffee porch off the top of the stairs overlooking the backyard. Black out shades in the upstairs bedrooms. Stairwell features custom built in baby gates (at top and bottom) that can be used if you have smaller children. Central air throughout and mini splits in upstairs bedrooms.

Yard features a custom built tree house, custom built wooden swing set, and trampoline with safety netting for the kids. Outdoor seating and very private.
