The Riverscape condominiums, located along the Willamette River on the edge of the Pearl District, are the ideal location for those seeking harmony with the water while enjoying the activity of the Pearl District. You will find you are barely two or three condos from the river's edge. Countless coffee, restaurant, and shopping / boutique options are a short walk away.

Upon entering you are greeted with a cozy seating area (queen sofa-bed) along with an expansive desk and monitor. Ascending upstairs you will find the main living area with an incredible open kitchen, living, and dining layout. The large windows allow the space to be bathed in natural light. Additionally, there is a small deck just big enough for the BBQ to use for your grilling creations.

Throughout the Riverscape Retreat you will find high ceilings, Brazillian cherry hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, along with décor and furnishing that provides the perfect blend of style and comfort.

On the top floor there are two spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The 'primary' does enjoy a large soaking tub as well as small deck with seating for two and a view of the Riverscape neighborhood around.
