This condo (John Ross) is located on the SW corner of downtown (south waterfront), 100 yards from the west bank of the Willamette River and within two blocks of the OHSU Hospital tram.
The Portland Streetcar stop is at OHSU, adjacent to the tram. The South Waterfront is a newer community of high and low rise buildings adjacent to a two acre park & several OHSU facilities.
