Cozy and comfortable with all the amenities including a fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous brand new stainless steel top-of-the line appliances! Plush towels and linens and washer/dryer. high efficiency heat and ice cold central A/C. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Lots of sunny windows, cedar closets, beautifully faux painted throughout with hardwood floors throughout and a fully fenced back yard.

Our house is nestled within a quiet, friendly neighborhood located just a short drive to the freeway allowing for convenient access to the airport (10 min.), downtown Portland (15 min.), and nearby neighborhoods including Hollywood and the Alberta Arts district. Using public transportation around the city and to and from the airport is incredibly convenient as the Hollywood MAX (light rail) station is nearby and Trimet bus line #12 (comes every 15 minutes) is located just down the street from our house.

Enjoy the nearby Roseway & Hollywood Theaters, Hollywood Farmer’s Market, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Safeway, the Grotto, Alberta Arts district and a variety of restaurants including brew pubs, coffee shops, family-friendly and fine dining.

Hop on the freeway and be at Multnomah Falls and beautiful hiking in the Gorge in only 30 minutes.
Go another 30 minutes and you will be in Hood River, windsurfing capital of the world. Enjoy wineries, see the windsurfers and kite boarders, do the Fruit Loop, eat, drink and be merry ~ they have quaint bistros, fabulous dining and numerous festivals.

For mountain enthusiasts, Mt. Hood's Government Camp is only 1 hour 13 minutes from our home, (or continue on from Hood River and be there in 30 more minutes) where you will find SkiBowl, Timberline Lodge, Mt. Hood Meadows ski resort, lake and river fishing, hiking, and much more. Take the Mt. Hood Scenic Byway for a very full day!

For those with families interested in long term, the high school is rated Portland's Best ~ Grant High.
